High temperature readings are indicated with a red display on the monitor and an alarm sound. The detection accuracy is 0.1 seconds, with a measurement error of ±0.2°C (depending on conditions such as ambient temperature). It is powered by four AA batteries or can be used by connecting a micro-USB cable.
